This may have been covered so excuse me if I've missed this post...
I have a client that will have several different campaigns with a different quantity of addresses for each. Is there a way to build a price structure for each of the campaigns.
I was going to charge a different per/email address send price depending on the number of receipents.
Currently I'm charging my clients a one-time fee for a template, a marked up price from $5 to $8 per send and would like to vary the per email price, again depending on quantity.

Your pricing inside Campaign Monitor is client wide - as you know, it is per send and per email, and that applies to all their campaigns.
So to do any other form of pricing would require you paying us, and then you charge your clients. In that case, you have total flexibility as to how you price it, at the cost of handling the charging yourself.
