This is the most Mickey Mouse company I have ever dealt with. We have been trying to launch a critical campaign for two days and CM's software has had technical problems they can't get resolved. Every communication takes a minimum of 3-4 hours for a response.
Does anyone know of a better method for problem resolution? There tech support is an absolute joke up to now.
We do appreciate that you are frustrated by the delay, but in fact we have approved your campaign some time ago. We have a record of all your emails, and I can see that we have replied to your emails and not heard back from you with any follow up to our questions.
Perhaps you are not receiving the replies? Your list has already been approved and that entire process took less than 4 hours.
