Email duplicate

we sent an emailing last week, we had some unsubscribes. Today we updated the base by importing our complete base from our site to Campaign Monitor, the problem is that it created duplicates. So we have twice the same email, once showed as active, once showed as unsubscribe, is this normal ?

Nope, this is not. Heh, the record should have stayed as unsubscribed if you were importing a list again. Would you mind emailing support about this? We'll probably need to know what client/list this is for along with get a copy of the .csv you imported the second time.
