Why's that little peice of code visible?

Hi all,

I've got a little snippet of code (http://email.customstudio.co.uk/t/r/l/tdjydt/l/u), that is somehow sneaking into my email template. Email.customstudio.co.uk is my Campaign Monitor domain by the way.

You can take a look at the following link, just scroll down to the bottom: http://email.customstudio.co.uk/T/ViewEmail/r/D1D22E580CF80843/8670008D28FBBB58D9767B6002735221

Any help gratefully received!

The code around the area looks like this:

                  <table width="580" class="follow" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
                                 <td width="28%" valign="top">
                                    <h2>Follow us:</h2>
                                    <p><a href=http://www.facebook.com">Facebook</a></br>

Hey Tom,

I'm betting it's this:
<p><a href=http://www.facebook.com">

You have a closing quote but not an opening one, so it's messing up the link.
