100% Rebrandable system??

I have just had a client ask me why they are receiving confirmation of campaign delivery from info@createsend.com?

I thought any direct contact with my clients would have appeared to come from my domain at least.

This makes me wonder... What about unsubscribe notices etc.? Do they also come from info@createsend.com or similar??

Is there any way to avoid or alter this? This is not what I would call a 100% Rebrandable system!!

I'm pretty sure once you hit the screen that says send campaign immediately or schedule a delivery time, there's a box for an email address where you should put in your own email and then send the campaign

Thanks for the reply and yes there is this "box" you speak of but I am not sending the campaigns on behalf of my clients, my clients are sending their own campaigns.

Surely someone else finds this to be an issue, no?

Cup of tea for the big fella?

I receive the confirmation about a delivered campaign from info@createsend.com when i send the mailing for the client - when a costumer sends his own mailing he is receiving the confirmation mail from my emailadress.

But: I recognized that the confirmation of subscription shows the clients name connected with the following emailadress: confirmation@createsend.com - i think that could be really confusing for a subscriber... Especially because the confirmation link again doesnt show a connection to the client, because it uses my domain.

So - as some people wrote in another post: please make it possible to setup custum client domains!

Ok, the problem with the confirmation of a subscription was my mistake: i forgot to enter the emailadress in the subscription-settings - so evererything is fine there.

But still very confusing for the subscribers that the confirmation link shows up in the confirmation mail like this:

http://newsletter.mycompany.de/t/r/c/yhkdirgr/

The unsubscribe link uses my domain too - but here i could "hide" it by formatting it with <unsubscribe>This will be come an unsubscribe link</unsubscribe> ... not very nice, because it looks like phishing...

The best would be if you could add costum client domains...

We’ve been seeing this feature crop up a bit more often as of late, and I’ll be sure to add a vote for you about this. Both per client custom domains, or, at least the option to go back to a default address would be helpful.

Thanks for letting us know!

To fix that problem for the moment, i have decided to use the clients domain for the account. I have now deleted my costum domain name and have set the site adress to http://myclient.createsend.com (maybe i will set the costum domain for the client later too).

Now its possible to access the administration area via http://myclient.createsend.com - as it should be.

Just one problem appeared: In the campaign which i prepared before, al the links (including unsubscribe link) still use my costum domain (which i deleted): http://newsletter.mycompany.de/t/r/c/yhkdirgr/

Any idea?

You will just need to reimport your templates so they are created without the custom domain links doolak.
