<webversion> being ignored

Hi all,

I've added <webversion> tags to my html email, but the emails I receive from campaign monitor don't show the tags replaced with the proper link - instead they show the <webversion> tags exactly as they were provided in the html source.

I've tried "<webversion>Not seeing this email properly? view a web version here</webversion>" and i've also tried "<a href="[webversion]">linktext</a>" but neither seem to work.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting I should have enabled somewhere? Should I be html-encoding the tags? (i.e. &lt;webversion&gt;) Viewing the source of my html template, its appearing as if it were a proper html tag and definitely not encoded.

Thanks in advance?
