Bounce back did not go to the specified "Reply To" email address

On a recent campaign, a subscriber's automated bounce back came back to the "From" email address instead of the programmed "Reply to" email address. I need to know why. My client does not want any bounce backs going to the "From" email address...

I've changed the personal info for privacy, but here is the basic bounce back info:

I will be out of the office from… Thank you.

All replies should have gone to a separate" noreply@..." email address.

Actually, most bounces go back to the return path address, which is how we can show you bounce reports for your campaigns.

Unfortunately, where out of office replies go to is totally up to the recipient's mail server, it isn't something that can be controlled by the sender. Most will go to the reply-to address.
