Very bad, unprofessional service.

I'm very disappointed with service from Campaign Monitor. I'm waiting for first campaign approval from Thursday 28th of May. The answer should be in 12 hours recording to information on your website. So far nothing happens, is Monday 1st June in Adelaide/Australia and the campaign requested by my client should go today. Service like this is unprofessional and not accepted. Hello, is anybody working at Campaign Monitor?

Hi,

I'm sorry you don't seem to have received our replies. We actually responded to you within 25 minutes of your approval request coming in, asking for some more information, but we did not get any emails back from you.

We've followed up through support just now too.
