I'm sorry but I've gone totally blind. My client is set to pay themselves at a marked-up rate and I want them to be able to choose their own credit-card - but where?
Your client just wants to log into their account and click on the Billing link at the top and then on the right there will be a link that says 'Update your payment details'. From there they can update the credit card that's stored on their account.
Yes, that's the way other clients are able to do it. This client doesn't have that "Billing" link?
If they're paying for themselves they should have it. There was a bug for a few days where it was hidden but that's been fixed. If you could get in touch with support and let us know which client it is we can investigate.
It has been fixed already. My friend had tried it and he said everything is working fine again.
