I am creating a newletter using a file I designed on the Web. In this file, one line was commented in the header:
<!-- <link rel="stylesheet" href="foo.css" type="text/css" media="all">-->
The problem is that although it is commented in the HTML file, this CSS is still applied by CampaignMonitor.
Is this supposed to work like this ?
Not sure why that would be, but the safest option would to be remove this from your HTML. Your style should also be in-line where possible.
That's what I did. The thing is it seems to be a bug to me, and it took me some time to figure out.
So I think it should be aknowledged (and fixed) if possible...
Hi guys, sorry for the trouble.
We can confirm that this is a bug and we hope to have it fixed soon. In the meantime, removing the comment is the easiest workaround.
