Some clients not recieving emails


I just sent out a campaign and I received an email but my co-worker who is still on the "unopened" list and on the exact same email system as myself did not receive the campaign.

She recent the campaign, including only herself as a recipient, and received that one.

Our concern is that there are people listed whom, like my colleague, did not receive the campaign.

If it's any help, we recently migrated to a zimbra server for emails.
