'If Outlook 2007" Command?

Does anyone know if there is a command or any other property (even an email vendor service) that allows you to display a different message based on whether the recipient is trying to view in Outlook '07?  It would be so much easier for us to create two emails that display nicely in both Outlook '07 as well as other platforms.  Something similar to what is available in web design based on the browser used?

Thanks!

We have used this a bit in the past, by using <!--[if gte mso 9]> and <comment> tags to do fancy logic. So like this:

<!--[if gte mso 9]>
(outlook 2007 stuff)
<comment>
<![endif]-->

(non outlook 2007 stuff)

<!--[if gte mso 9]>
</comment>
<![endif]-->

I guess you're thinking is: maybe adding a little "update your email program" tag to mailshots would help the drive to persuade MS that they need to improve their rendering engine in Outlook - Perhaps some code examples on fixoutlook.com
