I've run a spam filter test and I've failed a couple. How can I view what I've failed in so I can make the required changes?
Anytime the filter provided information about why your email failed there will be a link next to it that you can click for details. There are always details about warnings sometimes when you pass a filter but still had some negative points that counted against you. Unfortunately, though, not all filters provide details (e.g. Outlook 2007) so we can't always provide that information.
