My client has sent out invitations with the email address news@
When you view the email the address displays new@
So you edit the template adding the missing 's' and send out a test.
The 'S' is MISSING again!
Can someone please shed some light
Not sure whats causing the problem... I was able to create a new email based on my templates and the email worked for me. Maybe its the client being noob
That's odd - we've certainly never seen it happen, or had it reported before. If you can ever replicate it, please do let us know.
