Subscribe Form Altered When I Try to Update Website

I am trying to add a subscribe form to my website through an interface that our web developer has set up for us.  The website is www.gavinbrown.biz and the page I need to insert the form is www.gavinbrown.biz/gallery.  The web developer has set up the website so that we log in through a login page to change the code of each page on the website.  When I go to update the page the interface changes the supplied subscription form code, making it useless.  When I paste in:

<form action="http://ourname.createsend.com/t/r/s/jyedu/" method="post">
<div>
<label for="jyedu-jyedu">Email:</label><br /><input type="text" name="cm-jyedu-jyedu" id="jyedu-jyedu" /><br />

<input type="submit" value="Subscribe" />
</div>
</form>

The interface alters the code to:

<div>
Email:<br /><br />

</div>

Help!

You'll need to speak to your web developer about this - he or she may be able to tell you a way to insert HTML so it won't be transformed.
