Just thinking that a nice feature would be a way to mark a client's account as "can send their own campaigns", but "requires my review before campaign can send".
This would allow us the ability to catch any problems with a campaign, to avoid getting marked as spam.

Yes, I actually did just think about it as well!
But a voluntary option should be available as well, like "Click here to let your designer review and optimise your campaign" (perhaps including a feature that this costs xx$?). The client could send the campaign without review if it is really urgent then.
I think both variations would be a great addition. :)
