Email messgs reported being sent have not been received by subscriber

CM report indicates email is sent to subscribers but a group of 85 subscribers with the same ending address ( have not received it in their in box.

Zero of them were sent to spam and zero bounced.

Why does CM report that they were sent when it appears that they did not?

How do I solve this problem?

Campaign Monitor reports that they were sent, because we definitely did send them out. Unfortunately, once they have left our servers and not bounced back, we don't have any way to know where they have got to.

Your best bet is to contact the mail administrator on the recipient's end and see if they can tell if they email has reached their server. Most likely it is being stopped by their server by some filter, for example.
