Problem with AJAX subscription form and custom fields

I use the AJAX subscription form http://www.campaignmonitor.com/downloads/ajax-subscription-form/ and it works so far with "Name" and "Email".
If I add a few custom fields, the form still works, but the custom information (Interests) won't show up in the subscriber database. Just the name and email address.
Any ideas?

<label for="djkuv-djkuv">Email:</label><br /><input type="text" name="cm-djkuv-djkuv" id="djkuv-djkuv" /><br />
<label for="Interests">Interests:</label><br />

</form>
