Credit Card Details lost - Amex unavailable

One of my clients is trying to send out a campaign and it is being denied. I am getting the following email:

(Client Name) has just attempted to send a campaign or run a design and spam test, but when we tried to charge your credit card it failed. If it's any help to you, our payment gateway gave us the following error message: Card Number has not been set.(-100)

I pay on my own credit card and bill my client directly.

It appears my credit card information has disappeared. Furthermore, when i go to re-enter my credit card, Amex is not longer available as an option. This client and my American Express credit card have been active for this account for a over a year, so this is not a new account issue at all.

Hi Dan,

Sorry for the trouble, as part of the security issues recently, we removed credit card details from accounts when making some updates. You will just need to re-add the card details, and all will be back to normal.

I think you should add a note to that effect to your blog posts as it's going to catch a lot of people out.
