I've been trying to get some answers to a very concerning situation that happened to my account this past Sunday. Spam emails were sent from my account to over 80,000 of my customers. I've contacted Customer Service 3 times through your email help function, but only received a very generic email response about how my account has been compromised by hackers (which I already knew) who broke into Campaign Monitor's server over the weekend.
Is there a customer service number? I'd like to speak with a representative over the phone to work this out. I feel like Campaign Monitor is ignoring my concerns.

I had previously responded to the one email I received, which included my follow-up questions. I still haven't heard back since Monday. I don't know much more that I can do at this point. I'm extremely frustrated.
