Feature Request: Client Credit Card declined with '1. Referral'

As per this post http://www.campaignmonitor.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=2099 it would appear that some credit card companies may decline a transaction and need authorisation to complete the transaction with the only clue being the '1. Referral' error.  It would be *super* useful if this was explained directly in the page to the client when this message is returned by Campaign Monitor.  Just a thought! :)
