Hi Campaign Monitor,
Several bounces in my report are tagged Mail Block - Relay Denied. The explanation you give is that "the recipient's email server is blocking email from our email server". Does it mean that Campaign Monitors servers are kind of "blacklisted" ? Is there anything I can do to reduce this "Relay Denied" number ?
That is what it can mean - if this is a company you know, the best approach is to ask their IT people if that is the case, and we can provide any information they need to remove a block.
For public blacklists we are able to monoitor, prevent and resolve these quickly, but the occasional small company does add our servers too.
