Please please please can you increase your turnaround time on list approval. I completely understand why the process is important and I am completely behind it. But its really frustrating that its taking too long.
I'm sorry your approval is taking a while. We do reply to all approvals within 12 hours, often much much faster. Is yours outside of those limits? If so get in touch with support. It may be that we've replied but the reply was filtered or something along those lines.
We reply as quickly as we can but as you can understand we do have a lot of campaigns to review and have to balance that with other support needs.
