Where do I create HTML page for campaign?

Hi there,

I know this sounds like really basic stuff but I'm completely lost and don't understand how to create a HTML page. I thought I could upload word doc but it's saying ''You must upload a HTML page - the Microsoft Word document you've tried to upload is not supported''

I would be forever greatful if someone could point me in the right direction.

Million thanks in advance,

Hi Petchums,

There are a number of resources you can use on the internet that will provide basic information on how to code in HTML, however, it'll be an uphill battle in learning what e-mail clients support the various elements, configurations, etc.

There is a solution, and you're not alone.

I have many clients (large & small) that prefer to do the design and simply have me code it over to HTML.  This saves you the time from having to learn how to code it, how to test it, what to look for, and everything else that goes into it.  You can provide your design in Word, PDF, PSD, InDesign, Powerpoint... pretty much anything.

Please feel free to call or e-mail if you'd like to discuss further.

As Brian suggested, to really use Campaign Monitor you will need to have some HTML experience. It sounds like that is not you, so a good alternative is to work with a designer to get some templates setup. You can then reuse them without any HTML knowledge required.
