Problem processing payment

Having trouble completing the send of a campaign.

Returning error of: -
Processing your credit card failed with the response: Original transaction ID not found

Any insight into the problem/how to rectify?

I just replied to your ticket ~30 minutes ago. Let me know if you received it.

FYI, the best thing to do for a first effort if anyone else sees this error, is to completely remove your payment details and re-add them. I've seen this solve errors like this in the past. If that doesn't work, please get in touch with us via support and we'll continue to troubleshoot the problem with you.
