The system informs me that I can not send campaign because I committed an abuse (spam). The list was from my client and he confirmed to me that he had permits for sending mail. I do now because my account is locked, but it was not my fault.
Please contact us at support, and we can review this - we'll need to know specific details about how permission was obtained, how often the list was used, and anything else that could explain why we would receive so many complaints about the campaign.
