I used your support contact form almost 7 hours ago, but no reply as yet.
It would help if you at least had an autoresponder so as we know the contact form submission worked?
In fact, would you not be better served by a support system?
I feel a little unsettled when I can't tell if a support request is even being noticed, or any way to track. Totally in the dark is not nice.

We've taken on board your suggestion regarding a more interactive support process. You can also contact us on Twitter for short enquiries, as we also regularly monitor this account.
Please do be assured that we do respond to all questions that are sent to us via the support contact form - our replies may not be instant (especially if it's a complex question), but we will always get back to you. I understand that longer wait times can be frustrating and we'll always try our best to answer your questions in a timely manner.
