Is there a way to get rid of the c/send credit card page if you are using your own web address?
I used one web address and then switched to another, so now the old domain is directing to a page that talks about credit card payments or to contact info@c/send.com
The end client if they come across page will be confused about CC payments.
Also what if the end client does send an email to info@c/send.com, what happens, how do you respond?
That page is the generic page for anything.c/send.com so unfortunately it can't be removed. If someone contacts us via that address, we first check to see if they are even potentially a client of one of our customers.
If so, we redirect the question to their designer / Campaign Monitor account owner, or we just don't respond if we can't tell who it is.
