Data Sorting Question: Split by 'Nearest to a specific location'

Hi there,
Apologies if this post in the wrong place, I hope someone can help.

I have a database of names, email address and postcodes for a chain of 5 hotels and I would like to segment the data to add a 'nearest to X Hotel' column, thus allowing me to filter the names by 'nearest hotel'.

I've searched the net and can't find anything that can do this, ideally it would be a simple macro or script to add into my excel database.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

I know these products do exist, because I've seen them used in other places before, but unfortunately I can't recall a specific one for you. Perhaps someone else can?
