SERVER BUSY....again?!?!?

I'm getting the server busy error again

While trying to check your credit card the following error was returned:

SERVER BUSY
Please fix these problems and press the 'Next' button to continue.</b>

Of course it's a Saturday and Campaign Monitor offices are closed...grrrrrrrrrrrr...does anyone think this problem will get fixed anytime soon? Or does anyone know if they monitor their help requests or site problems over the weekend?

I got caught in the last round of "server busy" errors caused by their payment gateway the last time. I really had hoped they'd have fixed the problem or found a back-up service. I really like this service...I hate the idea that I'm going to have to switch to something else because these guys aren't reliable :-(

Sorry for the hassle, but we are still monitoring and I have already answered your support request. We're trying right now to contact the payment gateway to get this sorted - as we mentioned last time we're moving to a new provider, as obviously this one is  causing us problems.

We're very close to switching, but it's not something we can rush unfortunately.

UPDATE: The payment gateway people are onto the issue and anticipate it will be back up and running very soon.

A further update: The problem has now been tracked down to an actual telecommunications exchange problem outside of both us and the payment gateway. These are notoriously difficult to predict regarding time to fix, but it is being worked on right now.

We'll let you know as soon as this is fixed, but in the meantime, if you need to send your campaign immediately please send an email to support and we'll add some credits to your account so you can send immediately. All those who have contacted support already, we're in the process of adding your credits and will let you know when they've been added.

Hopefully this is the last time this happens.
