DEVC/SEND.COM is listed all over the help screen images where our customers can see it and easily do a whois lookup and go straight to campaignmonitor.com and see all the help screens and layout is exactly like campaignmonitor but they charge $5 and I'm charging my client $25 per blast as agreed before I discovered campaignmonitor. I want those pictures taken down from the helpscreens and new pictures put up with some other URL inside of them, something fake or at least blacked out from my clients' eyes. I don't know of any other area where devcreatesend.com is showing or if campaignmonitor/freshview is the real deal or just another reseller.
This is like multi-level marketing! The more deep the resellers it seems the steeper the pricing? Is that they way it is? Is campaignmonitor THE ORIGINAL developer or do I have a reseller's account through Freshview. I do not understand.
Thanks for pointing that out. We went ahead and switched out the screenshot, though c/send.com is used elsewhere in the application (such as on your client's credit card statement if they're set to pay for themselves). It's very unlikely that your clients would do a number of whois lookups to find our company and then trace that to Campaign Monitor (Campaign Monitor is a product built by Freshview, we're not resellers, we're the ones who created the software).
If your clients go directly to c/send.com it doesn't mention us at all and if they were to contact us we'd just forward that on to you.
