When I try to send a campaign to 'email@example.com' -- which is an alias email that gets sent to the whole company's employees -- it appears not to work. No one receives the email.
Any suggestions or feedback on this matter? Otherwise I am delighted with CM, but there was no warning anywhere on the site concerning this issue.
Campaign Monitor sends just the same way to all addresses (there is no way for it to know that any address is a group email), so the most likely scenario is the recipient mail server blocking the emails.
Can you contact the companies IT team? They should be able to see the emails hitting their server.
