I am sure there are a lot of other companies out there like ours. We use a helpdesk to monitor and track all inbound email from services / suppliers and clients. However, CM only allows one email address to be allocated to the admin account.
Would it be possible to have the following:
General updates / Issues - Deliver to firstname.lastname@example.org
Invoices / Accounting - Deliver to email@example.com
This way we could direct all invoices and accounts related stuff to the correct person and monitor the general email for any problems...
What does everyone else think?
