Hey just a quick query. Seems like in the past CM was shockingly quick to respond to list approval requests. I've noticed a sudden 4 day waiting period. Is this due to any new processes, or has my client submitted a tough one?
any wisdom on the matter would help. Client is getting itchy.
Looks like we've sorted this one out via our support system - your client didn't actually submit that request ;) For future reference, we absolutely always reply within 12 hours to approval requests, so if you have not seen something from us by then, something has definitely gone wrong and you should contact us.
