Using the API, is there anyway to retrieve the list of users who marked an email campaign as spam?
I'm afraid that is not currently available via the API, though we do see how it could be useful, and we'll consider that as a future improvement.
Hi I just joined, and I see that question was posted 5 months ago.
Is there still no way to retrieve to spam list?
Either for a campaign, or for an entire lire?
We need a way to keep our database up to date ...
oh and, if not - are those included in the "unsubscribed" list?
Hi nasht00, by all means you can export the suppression list from the app and use this to update your internal database. Folks who mark a campaign as spam are unsubscribed and added to this suppression list. You can also export a list of unsubscribes for each campaign. Happy to answer any questions you have about this :)
Using the API, will those spam users be included when calling
Or do I need Subscribers.GetUnsubscribed? (but then will that one include regular unsubscribes?)
I definitely don't want to use the web interface to update my unsubscribes, we built a daily automatic sync.
Hi again, my bad there - you can certainly use Subscribers.GetUnsubscribed, as those 'marked as spam' subscribers will be included in the response (alongside all other regular unsubscribes). Is this fine, or do you need to have the 'spam' folks differentiated from all other unsubscribes?
That's good enough for me!
