We are pleased with our e-Newsletter which has a lead article, two case studies, a featured article and then a series of snippets such as: did you know? , jargon buster, featured product and view our website.
This is all well and good for keeping clients and warm propsects in touch with what we are doing but does anybody have any suggestions as to how we can take this to the next level and really engage with people?
Interestingly, we have had a "get a quote" button for 5 editions and never, ever received a single enquiry!
