Taking way too long to import html

Last week I created and sent out several campaigns without issue. I simply imported the HTML from the local file and it only took less than a minute; more like less than 30 seconds. Today I am trying to import a file that it based on one of these files from last week and I cannot seem to get it to import. It is taking upwards of 30-40 minutes and is still not completing. All I get is the message:

Importing and Scanning

Please wait while we import your content
and scan for any potential problems...

Any ideas?

Sounds like something has failed (maybe your connection to us) - it definitely shouldn't take longer than a minute or two.

If you try again and still can't get it, please contact us via support with the details and we can take a look for you.

I'm seeing the same thing in Safari 5. Since this is the first import I have attempted since updating my browser, I'm guessing this is a compatibility issue between Safari 5 and Step 2.2 of the New Campaign wizard.

I'm using Safari 5 all day with Campaign Monitor, Kevin, and not seeing any problems, so that doesn't seem to be it. We're not getting reports from other customers of this kind of issue, but fire us an email with details and we can check it out.

I'm having the same issue. We've been experiencing the problem for approximately two weeks. We've tried multiple browsers, and none will let us do a custom import. I just get's stuck on the "Importing and Scanning" phase.

We've been replying via support, but if you still need some assistance just let us know. These ones are always tough as they're often just a connection issue somewhere between your connection and us.

I was having the same problem - it's taking too long to import content.

At first I tried using Safari Version 5.0.2 (6533.18.5) - my default browser. When I tried with FireFox 3.6.9 it worked!

Hope that helps and hope it can be fixed to work with Safari.

I'm now getting the same problem... taking AGES and just stalling on the 2.2 screen. My Firefox just upgraded today - could that be an issue. tried in Safari and same thing?...
