Problem - my client and his management team are not receiving their own newsletter. Doesn't make them happy. They show in the statistics as having received, no bounces. Any ideas?
If they're sending from their own domain, and to that same domain, their mail server could be blocking it. It's actually fairly common. We have some more information on it here. In that case they'd want to get their mail admin to take a look and possibly allow mail from our IPs.
