My startup is building a social website. Like most websites, we'll be sending batches of emails, where Campaign Monitor will clearly be an interesting tool.
I can't figure out from the documentation and the forums if CM could also help me manage the routine email notifications: signup/welcome email for new users, notifications of activity on the site, and so on.
I'd love to have access to all of the facilities and expertise CM can provide (stats, templates, etc) for those as well.
If it's not an explicit part of the offering, is it still possible? For those who do it: do you have to jump through hoops to manage these kinds of unsupported campaigns?
