I noticed that the default url (aka abcd.c/send.com) uses HTTPS. Is it possible to enable it on custom URLs too?
Unfortunately not (at least right now) - since the custom domain is not on our server, our security certificate doesn't match the domain name.
You will of course be on https for any payment pages, as they redirect to our secure site
I have the same query.
It's 6 years since the original reply! I am hoping this can be done now - but I can't see any information anywhere. I will email support.
With Google and several other providers, you can upload the domain certificate to the account which then gets linked to your custom domain - meaning the certificate chain is verified. This should be even easier now with free ssls from Let's Encrypt.
Hopeful for a positive outcome!
Use cloudflare and switch on SSL, it will automatically generate a certificate for your domain. Everything will be secured between the user and cloudflare, but cloudflare to CM will be unsecured.
