I have a wordpress.COM (not .ORG) blog and they do not allow form code in their blogs. Is it possible to link people to a url or page provided by campaign monitor to have them subscribe?
Hi cordphilips, welcome to the forums! Unfortunately, with wordpress.com accounts, you can have neither form code or plugins, so that's a bit of a jam to be in. In so much as we have subscribe form code, we don't really have a separate page/link to it, so you will have to host it yourself somewhere other than your wordpress.com blog.
Sorry about this - in the meantime, I've certainly taken note of your request internally, as it would be a good feature to have in the future.
One good option would be to link to a Wufoo form, which you can then have linked to your Campaign Monitor list - see http://wufoo.com/2010/01/21/wufoo-can-now-automatically-update-your-campaign-monitor-subscriber-lists/
Thanks guys!... I have it posted through a simple googlesite. It should work for now, but I will keep an eye out for an update from Campaign Monitor.
