Problem with Reporting Client Login

I've can seem to get my Client Login to work. My customised page does not appear and I can't login with the username and password I created for my Client.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Also when I try to preview changes made in Client Report Access Settings it doesn't show a preview?

Thanks for joining the forums! One thing to note though is that for official support relating to specific things in your account, it's best to email support at campaignmonitor.com. I'll follow this up for you and email you directly.

For everyone else's benefit, the first thing to do in these cases is to check the actual login address you have specified under 'report access settings' to make sure you don't have a typo in it.

Also, make sure you remove the www. from the front of the address - it should  be something like http://acmecorp.viewcampaign.com not http://www.acmecorp.viewcampaign.com.
