The "c/" domain still showing up in our client interface


We configured our own subdomain in order to "hide" the c/ domains from our clients. When we log in as the client, they can still see this domain in the "help" links ( reseller.c/ ?

Any reason why we can't replace that with ?

Hi Danny,

I can't replicate this - can you clarify where the c/ domain shows up? I tried replicating by logging in as a client of an account with a custom domain, clicking the 'help' link, following links within the content of a help file, following the related questions links and searching the help area. In all cases, the help system displayed the custom domain, not the c/ domain.
