I'm testing the "forward to a friend form" and surprisingly it seems that doesn't work.
The message that appears is:
Sorry, but there's a been a problem
An error has occured
Click here to go back to the form and try again.
That's a tough one. Is this from a preview or a full campaign? The forward form does only work completely in live campaigns, not previews.
Would you get in touch with support with the details of the campaign? We can take a look and see what might be going on.

It seems that it doesn't work in "test" option, but fortunately it works right when you send the email.
