We used campaign monitor free. Then we got 'exception 333 - Test Campaign Limit Exceeded'. We bought credit, but now we can successfully sent emails using site campaignmonitor.com and we can't send emails using api ('exception 333 - Test Campaign Limit Exceeded'). What should we do?
Unfortunately, you won't be able to send one-off emails from our API anymore. We have a limit to the number of test campaigns that can be sent using the API, so you'll need to be using the online app from now on.
I'm afraid that you may not be getting the emails we've sent to you. We've responded a couple of times to the same question you asked via email with more information specific to your situation. You might find our emails in your spam filter.
