Gave image width="200" which means larger images should scale down...

but they don't. Why?

According to the instructions on this page, I have done all I need to do by assigning a width value to the image...

Here is what my image code looks like:
<img src="<$imagesrc link='true'$>" align="left" alt="Sample" width="200" style="padding-right: 10px; padding-bottom: 10px;" />

And here is the example given on the Complete List of Campaign Monitor Tags page at the above URL:
<img src="<$imagesrc link='true' default='image.jpg'$>" width="200">

Any idea what the problem is? Thanks.

Could you use CSS in this instance as a belt and braces approach?
