When hard/soft bounce backs or requests to unsubscribe occur, we require accompanying information for the email addresses to be able to identify the individual/company in our system. Would it be possible to have the following information attached to all hard/soft bounce backs or requests to unsubscribe if we provide it with the initial subscriber list?
1. Email address
3. Key indicator (14 digit number that is specific to each individual)
Yes, if you upload that information with the initial import, then when you go to 'export subscribers' for your list you can include those fields.
When exporting subscribers, you can also choose to export unsubscribes or hard bounces separately. Soft bounces are temporary and so are not removed unless they continue to bounce.
However we currently don't have a way to add the custom field information to exports from individual campaigns.
