Hi coffee-cup, welcome to the forums! Yes, when you open the 'Recipient Activity' report and click the 'Export' button, the custom fields for all recipients should be included too.
Thank you; the reason I didn't see it earlier was because it seems that campaigns initiated *before* the addition of custom fields do not show them in the reporting. This is acceptable.
