I believe we just replied to you via support as well. It looks like although you used the personalization tag for the default Name field your names were actually stored in a custom field. When using personalization you just want to ensure that you're using the correct tag for the custom field where your data is. You can also go to the list page and click on Custom Fields and see a list of all custom fields and their associated personalization tags, to ensure you have the correct one.
