Actual Image Size different than HTML height & width attributes

Are there any SPAM issues with having HTML height and width attributes be different than the actual image's height and width attributes.  EX) Raw image is 150x100.  The HTML attributes I assign are 175x125.

Besides the pixalization problems, is there a possibility it will increase the email's SPAM score?

That's not something we've heard about having any impact,  but it is theoretically possible I suppose.
